Reunion Committee Minutes
Meeting called to order at my home on Saturday, February 4, 2012 at 6:00 p.m.
In Attendance: Clementine Banks, Angela Anderson, and Cinnamon Banks
Absent: Jerald Vickers
Discussed Hotels and Dues
HOST HOTELS
We will keep the reunion central in Downtown Detroit
The Hotels that we are looking at to be the host of the reunion are:
Holiday In Express
Hilton Garden Inn
Courtyard Marriott
We will finalize the host hotel (as soon as possible with your response). At least 10 bookings would be good.
DUES
The dues are $50 per family and is due by January 31, 2013. The only forms of payments we will accept are cashiers’ checks or money orders, payable to the Darling-Walker Family Reunion. I will notify you regarding the P.O. Box number for mailings.
Our next meeting is scheduled for Sunday, March 4, 2012 at 6 p.m.
