Your Detroit Darling-Walker Family Reunion Committee is working very hard to make the 2013 reunion fun-filled and memorable. With that being said, we understand financial situations can occur. We have deadlines to meet, event locations to secure, and activities to plan. It is VITAL that funds are submitted in a timely manner.
The original Deadline date of May 1, 2013 has pasted with less than 10 families making any form of payment. It is imperative that all funds be received by June 20, 2013. If we do not receive at least 20 participating families, the family reunion may be downsized or in trouble.

Hotels will NOT extend our block of rooms beyond the
deadline dates.

2013 REUNION HOTEL AND FORMS – UPDATED
The first T-shirt orders will be submitted next week. It is still time to call or email your T-shirt sizes. The Hilton Garden Inn conference room for Sunday has been secured, and the Charter bus deposit made.
Note: July 19-21, the Detroit Music Festival will be @ Hart Plaza in the Detroit Downtown area during these dates. (Located on the Riverfront) 20 minutes (walking distance) from both hotels.
